Can I exchange items?

Articles of clothing bought on Sandaloessence.com can be exchanged into items of a different size or colour. They must be in a perfect condition and in stock.

To change an article you need to ask for an exchange and make a new online-buy.

How long do I have to exchange an item?

Exchanges can be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
